Eight things we handle ourselves.

Tap any card — you'll see exactly what's included, what gets delivered and how long it takes, all in one place.

Overview

Line production means the creative stays yours and the groundwork becomes ours. Once the agency has an approved board, or a visiting crew lands in India, we take over from that point: which location works, who signs the permission, where the crew comes from, which vendor supplies the gear, and where the unit eats.

The producer is on the floor personally, so decisions get made on the spot — nobody waits for a phone call to confirm something.

What's included

  • Location recce, options and negotiation
  • Government, police and private permissions
  • Local crew — camera, lights, grip, spot
  • Equipment and vendor coordination
  • Transport, travel and accommodation
  • Unit catering and on-set logistics
  • Daily call sheets and scheduling
  • Budget tracking and expense reporting

  • Ad agencies
  • Production houses
  • Overseas crews
  • Outstation shoots
  • Multi-city campaigns

Overview

When a client arrives with just an idea — or just a problem — this is the service that fits. We start at concept and script, lock casting and locations, run the shoot, and hand over the final master after edit, colour and sound.

The real advantage is that nobody has to coordinate between four different vendors. One team, one timeline, one invoice.

What's included

  • Concept development and scripting
  • Storyboard and shot breakdown
  • Casting, styling and art direction
  • Location scouting and permissions
  • Full shoot crew and equipment
  • Edit, colour grade and sound mix
  • Music, voice-over and subtitles
  • Multi-platform export and delivery

  • Startups
  • Corporates
  • Launch campaigns
  • Brand films

Overview

A corporate film isn't there to entertain — it's there to build confidence, whether that's in front of an investor, a client or a new employee. So we start by working out who is going to watch it and what they should do next, and only then write the script.

Plant, factory and office shoots come with their own safety and permission processes. Our team has run them before, which means your operations don't keep stopping and starting.

What we make

  • Company profile films
  • Plant and process walkthroughs
  • Safety and SOP videos
  • Leadership and CXO interviews
  • Internal communication content
  • CSR and sustainability films
  • Event and conference coverage
  • Recruitment and culture films

Overview

A commercial is a small film carrying the pressure of working in 30 seconds. Everything is planned — every shot, every second, every cut. That makes pre-production the most important stage, and it's where we spend the most time.

Whether we're working with your agency or with you directly, delivery includes both broadcast-ready and platform-ready versions.

What's included

  • Script and storyboard finalisation
  • Director and DOP attachment
  • Casting and wardrobe
  • Set design and props
  • Cine camera package and lighting
  • Colour grade and sound design
  • Music bed or original score
  • Broadcast + digital masters

  • Retail

Overview

One big film isn't enough for social — what you need is volume. So we plan the shoot so that a single day produces several formats: the hero film, reels, stories, thumbnails and ad cuts.

Every platform has its own safe area and aspect ratio. Delivery includes a separate export for each one, so nobody has to crop and adjust afterwards.

What's included

  • Content calendar and shoot plan
  • Vertical-first shooting setup
  • Creator or model casting
  • Bulk shoot — several films in a day
  • Fast-turnaround editing
  • Captions, subtitles and hooks
  • Thumbnail and cover stills
  • Platform-wise export pack

Best suited for

  • D2C brands
  • Startups
  • Restaurants & retail
  • Real estate
  • Personal brands

Overview

Most clients need stills alongside the video — for the website, packaging, ads and press. Instead of booking a separate day and a separate crew, we put a stills team on the same set, which saves both cost and time.

Product work can run in a studio setup, campaign work on location — both options are available.

What we shoot

  • Campaign and brand stills
  • Product and packshot photography
  • Food and menu photography
  • Corporate headshots and team shots
  • Factory and facility documentation
  • Event and conference coverage
  • Interior and architecture
  • Behind-the-scenes stills

Overview

Micro drama is a new format — vertical episodes of 60 to 120 seconds, each one carrying its own hook. The preparation is as involved as a feature film, but the schedule is far tighter: several episodes get shot in a single day.

That makes the writing and breakdown the most important part. We plan locations and cast at script stage specifically so the shoot stays economical.

What's included

  • Concept and episode-wise writing
  • Shot design built for vertical framing
  • Casting and auditions
  • Multi-episode shoot scheduling
  • Location and set continuity
  • Episodic edit and grading
  • Sound design and background score
  • Platform-spec delivery

Details

Episode length60 – 120 seconds
Shoot pace4 – 8 episodes per day

Best suited for

  • Short-form platforms
  • OTT apps
  • Branded fiction
  • Creator networks

Overview

Not everything can be filmed — some processes are abstract, some products don't exist yet, and sometimes the budget simply doesn't allow a shoot. In those cases explainers and motion graphics are the clearest way to get the point across.

We start with the script, because the strength of good animation lives in its voice-over and structure — the visuals come after that.

What's included

  • Script and voice-over writing
  • Storyboard and style frames
  • 2D character or icon animation
  • Motion graphics and kinetic type
  • Data visualisation and infographics
  • Professional voice-over recording
  • Sound design and music
  • Multi-language versions

005 / How a project runs

Five stages, no guesswork.

Whichever service you pick, the project follows this same rhythm. At the end of each stage you get written confirmation — so both sides are on the same page before the next one begins.

Stage 01

Brief & scope

Your objective, audience, city and dates. This is where we decide which service fits and how big the crew needs to be.

1 – 2 days
Stage 02

Estimate & lock

A line-by-line quote — crew, gear, travel and permits as separate heads. Dates get blocked only once it's approved.

2 – 4 days
Stage 03

Pre-production

Recce, permissions, casting, gear booking and the call sheet. It's the longest stage — and the one that decides everything else.

1 – 3 weeks
Stage 04

Shoot

Producer on the floor, a daily update, and a double backup every night. You get the same status whether or not you're on set.

1 – 5+ days
Stage 05

Post & handover

Edit, colour, sound and exports. Along with the final masters, the rushes and project files are yours too.

1 – 3 weeks
006 / Add-ons

The small things you'd normally outsource.

Any of these can be attached to any service. Tap a tile to see the detail.

Aerial shots aren't just decoration any more — for property, factory and event films they're the fastest way to show scale. We work with licensed pilots, and arrange clearance for restricted zones in advance rather than on the day.

  • DGCA-compliant pilots and registered drones
  • 4K aerial video and high-res stills
  • Restricted zone permissions wherever possible
  • Indoor FPV shots for special setups

The right face does half the film's work. We send options against the brief, run auditions, and handle contracts, usage rights and payments — so there's no dispute about any of it later.

  • Actors, models and real-people casting
  • Self-tape and in-person auditions
  • Kids, seniors and specialised talent
  • Usage rights and buyout paperwork

The most common reason a shoot stalls is paperwork. We finish permissions during the prep stage itself — police NOC, municipal permission, society approval, railway or metro clearance, whatever the location calls for.

  • Police and municipal permissions
  • Private property and society NOCs
  • Monument and heritage site clearance
  • Location fee negotiation

There's no need to own the whole kit — the package gets built around the project. We book through a network of trusted vendors, and a technician comes along to set so a fault doesn't stop the shoot.

  • Cine and mirrorless camera packages
  • Lighting, grip and rigging
  • Gimbals, sliders and jibs
  • Genset, vanity van and monitors

Sometimes the location is right but the frame still feels empty. The art team brings in props, furniture and graphics to pull the frame into the brand's look — and where it's needed, builds the set from scratch.

  • Set build and backdrop fabrication
  • Prop sourcing and styling
  • Product staging and tabletop setups
  • Branding, signage and graphics

Corporate and explainer films live or die on their voice-over. We send voice options matched to the tone of the script and arrange studio-quality recording — one script, as many languages as you need.

  • Hindi, English and regional artists
  • Male, female and child voices
  • Studio recording and clean-up
  • Multi-language versions on the same timeline

Most video on social is watched with the sound off, which makes subtitles non-optional. We deliver them both burnt-in and as separate files, with translation where it's needed.

  • Burnt-in subtitles and SRT/VTT files
  • Hindi ↔ English translation
  • Regional language versions
  • Platform-wise safe-area placement

A conference, launch, award night or dealer meet happens exactly once — there's no reshoot. That's why multi-camera setups and backup recording are standard practice here, not an upgrade.

  • Multi-camera coverage and switching
  • Same-day highlight reel
  • Speaker and session recordings
  • Stills coverage alongside
007 / How to hire us

Three ways to start working together.

Not everyone needs a full production. Some need one film, some need a crew for a single day, and some need content every month. Tap a card to see which model fits you.

008 / Common questions

Worth knowing before you call.

Mixing is completely fine — and most projects are mixed anyway. A corporate film with stills alongside it, or a TVC with social cutdowns. Every element becomes a separate line item in the estimate, so you can drop any part of it if you want to.

Four things drive it: shoot days, crew size, gear level and location. That's why a one-day Delhi shoot and a three-day outstation shoot land so far apart. We show every head separately rather than giving one lump sum — so you can always see where the money is going.

Yes. Plenty of clients arrive with just a problem — "we need something for the website" or "the launch is coming up". Concept and scripting are part of the service, so starting from zero is completely normal.

Two rounds of edit are included in the standard estimate — one on the rough cut and one on the fine cut. Changes beyond that are still possible, they're just quoted separately. Anything that changes the structure is easiest to flag at the rough cut stage.

Two to three weeks is comfortable — it leaves room for recce, permissions and casting. Urgent work happens too; depending on crew availability a shoot can be stood up in 48 hours, though the options narrow at that speed.

Usually milestone-wise — an advance before prep begins, a part before the shoot, and the balance on delivery. For corporate and PSU clients we adjust to your PO and invoice cycle. Exact terms are written into the estimate.

This is the most straightforward route. The scope is agreed first — how many films, how many shoot days, which deliverables — and a fixed estimate follows. Nothing new gets charged after that unless you change the scope yourself.

How it works

  • A line-by-line estimate after the brief call
  • Dates blocked and prep begins on approval
  • Milestone-wise payments — prep, shoot, delivery
  • Deliverables and revision rounds in writing

Best suited for

  • Getting one campaign or one film made
  • Situations needing budget approval upfront
  • Corporate and PSU procurement processes

For when the creative side is already yours — a director, a script, or a full agency team — and all you need is a team on the ground in India. Here you take only as much as you actually need: a crew for a day, one vehicle, or a full unit.

How it works

  • Send the requirement — date, city, crew size
  • A day-rate quote comes back the same day
  • Crew and gear report on your schedule
  • Settlement after the shoot, with expense proof

Best suited for

  • Agencies and production houses
  • Overseas crews who need an India fixer
  • Last-minute or urgent shoots

If you need content every month, getting a fresh estimate each time just wastes everyone's time. On a retainer we agree the monthly shoot days and output upfront, and the monthly amount stays fixed against it.

How it works

  • Monthly output agreed — how many films, how many stills
  • A fixed number of shoot days each month
  • Planned ahead against a content calendar
  • Per-film cost works out lower than project-based

Best suited for

  • D2C and social-first brands
  • Restaurants, gyms and retail chains
  • Personal brands and creators
